Social Media Specialist

Pronto Pilates is looking for someone to redefine boutique fitness with premium, on-screen Pilates classes delivered in beautifully designed self-service studios. The Social Media Specialist will lead our organic social media strategy and bring our brand to life across all platforms. This role contributes to meeting our marketing team's studio launch KPIs: 100+ launch party attendees, 300+ founding members at launch, 480 members within 6 months. The candidate will develop and execute a cohesive, platform-specific organic social media strategy aligned with Pronto’s brand and marketing goals. Responsibilities include planning content calendars that reflect seasonal promotions, new studio openings, product updates, and cultural moments; supporting the rollout and content strategy of regional brand accounts in new international markets; monitoring social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh and effective, and creating engaging and elevated visual and written content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
