What You'll Do:
- Develop machine learning models, agents, and automation workflows for terminology management, content creation, mapping, and validation.
- Build agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and structured rules to complete complex tasks.
- Own deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or related, with hands-on experience building agents and RAG solutions.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and convert ambiguous needs into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards like FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD-10.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems.
