Manager, Business Analytics

Solve critical problems and build scalable solutions to deliver large business upside. You will manage a team of few individuals, and will directly working with the leadership team across Product, Technology and Ops functions to identify and solve critical problems and build scalable solutions to deliver large business upside. Analytics function enables best-in-class customer experience for real estate buyers, sellers and agents. You will be responsible for driving the maturity and excellence of our analytics function Implement best practices on collection, reporting and analysis of website/apps data to drastically improve the user experience. Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology and Business Ops teams to collaboratively implement such enhancements.
