Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Hazel Health, you play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with K-12 partner school districts within your assigned region. You'll work closely with the customer success team and other internal stakeholders, contributing to regional goals and ensuring that district partnerships are scaling effectively to meet student healthcare needs. This role involves establishing and maintaining robust, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at all district levels.

You will lead strategic conversations focused on the value of Hazel’s products and services. Develop account strategies to achieve engagement, renewal, expansion, and product adoption targets, aligned with overall customer and Hazel business objectives. Use tailored insights to recommend and build alignment around actions that will enable care for more students while improving the operating conditions necessary for account success. Also, you will represent the voice of the customer to Product, Marketing, Clinical, and other core teams to inform the development of new offerings and services, while addressing current needs and pain points.
