Salesforce Platform Team Leader

This role will act as a strategic advisor providing expert recommendations on Salesforce platform solutions (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRMA) with emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and business alignment. They will also collaborate with Solution Architects to design technical solutions that address evolving business requirements and strategic objectives. You will drive platform roadmap development and execution, ensuring optimal utilization of Salesforce and integrated ecosystem tools. Implement robust governance, security, and compliance measures while managing vendor relationships and technology investments and build and mentor a high-performance team with skills across administration, development, and architecture. They will also establish metrics to measure platform effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
