Modern Workplace Platforms:

  • Operate Google Workspace at scale, including user lifecycle and security controls.
  • Administer and optimise Slack, including workspace configuration and integrations.
  • Manage collaboration tooling such as Zoom, Atlassian, and Github.

Identity & Access Management:

  • Maintain identity and SSO architecture across SaaS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot SAML / OAuth / SCIM integrations and issues.
  • Ensure access models follow least privilege and auditability principles.

Endpoint & Device Management:

  • Manage endpoint management for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain device compliance policies and security baselines.
  • Work closely with IT leadership on MDM strategies.
