ProgressBible Project Manager

ProgressBible is looking for a volunteer or support-raised member able to offer a minimum commitment of two years. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel involved, working mostly in U.S. Central time zone work hours. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing projects, assessing skills and time allocation, delegating tasks, recognizing resource constraints, and conducting onboarding and training. The role also involves developing project plans, defining roles, making informed decisions, using JIRA, mitigating risks, coordinating changes, and maintaining team motivation. The Project Manager will maintain accurate records, support team meetings, coordinate with team leads, engage with leadership, and report to the Director. Language connects people to an identity and SIL works to improve lives.
