Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator (Zip Administrator) to manage and optimize our procurement orchestration platform, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in P2P systems such as Zip or Coupa, ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), system integrations and SOX compliance who enjoys bridging technology and business processes while maintaining audit readiness. A strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential to succeed in this role.
Administer, configure, and optimize Zip’s procurement platform, including Intake-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and Sourcing modules. Assist and support end-users, addressing system questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth platform usage. Monitor system and integrations performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, finance and data teams to design and implement efficient workflows, approval hierarchies, and vendor management processes. Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining internal controls and audit-ready processes.
