Epic Application Analyst – Healthy Planet/Compass Rose

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors, especially situations requiring cross-team collaboration.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system stability and security.
• Coordinate and lead testing and validation for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years applicable IT or healthcare experience required.
• Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications required.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills.
• Expert understanding of healthcare business processes and technology.
• Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
