Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors, especially situations requiring cross-team collaboration.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system stability and security.
- Coordinate and lead testing and validation for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years applicable IT or healthcare experience required.
- Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications required.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills.
- Expert understanding of healthcare business processes and technology.
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
