Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements concerning online subscription software, data privacy and processing, intellectual property use, and professional services.
-Provide practical legal advice to teams across the company, including sales and procurement.
-Collaborate with the legal team across locations, including attorney and non-attorney personnel.
Requirements:
-2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a cloud software company.
-Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts such as software licenses and SaaS agreements.
-Skilled in developing strong working relationships with other business units while balancing competing priorities and interests.
