Job Description

Engaging with Healthcare Professionals: Making approximately 75 outbound calls daily to welcome new professionals, hosting around 7 15-minute onboarding consultations pre-booked by professionals, sending follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and ensure no one is left behind.

Providing Support and Documentation: Responding to inbound messages and support tickets effectively, maintaining clear documentation of all interactions for future reference, being the go-to guide and trusted partner—helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to take their first shift.
