Senior Program Manager, Product Operations(Supply Chain Platform)

Role:

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise software programs with focus on Platform initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across internal and external workstreams.

Execution and Governance:

• Maintain program artifacts including plans, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Drive path-to-green recovery plans with defined corrective actions and owners.
• Continuously improve delivery processes for predictability, efficiency, and scale.

Builder Mindset and AI-Enabled Productivity:

• Proactively build tools, templates, and lightweight automation to scale execution.
• Design repeatable operating models and scalable systems.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, risk forecasting, and decision velocity.

Communication and Alignment:

• Communicate programs clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Provide structured status reporting, risk escalation, and expectation management.
• Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, GTM, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success.
