Customer Solution Architect

Customer Journey:

• Integral in helping customers through Onboarding, Adoption and Innovation.
• Integrate Atlan into the customer tech stack, including Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Bigquery, DBT, Tableau, Looker and many more.
• Use Active Metadata to power automation and Innovation in use cases such as Auto PII detection and dynamic data pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Customer Success Manager and Customer teams of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Platform owners.
• Drive Value Stream adoption for use cases like Data Discovery, Data Governance, Metric Management, and Embedded collaboration.
• Build thought leadership and expertise in the Active Metadata category, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer or customer facing technologist.
• Proficient in SQL with deep understanding of Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Lake Architecture.
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture fundamentals, expertise in managing customer challenges.
