SEO Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Lead to build our SEO function from the ground up and make it a core engine of growth. This is a founding leadership role: you’ll start hands-on across technical SEO, on-page, and off-page/authority, while working with agencies and creative partners. Over time, you’ll develop scalable frameworks, processes, and eventually a team to grow SEO into a key department. The ideal candidate has operated in environments where SEO played a critical role in company growth. They are both strategic and operational: capable of executing directly, but also of setting long-term direction and scaling the function.
