Job Description
Leadership and Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor multiple cloud engineering teams.
• Develop organizational structures and hiring strategies.
• Guide direct managers and senior individual contributors.
Technical Execution and Strategy:
• Define and execute infrastructure platform roadmaps leveraging AWS-native and serverless technologies.
• Oversee high-severity incident management and prevention practices.
• Drive architecture modernization, FinOps adoption, and cloud governance.
Operational Excellence and Collaboration:
• Promote operational excellence by implementing observability, SLOs/SLIs, and resilience engineering principles.
• Drive FinOps adoption and cost governance.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to maintain cloud governance.
