Consultant for Resilient States Project

CG-USA seeks a consultant to advise on building connections and relationships with key Pennsylvania political leaders and civil society organizations. The focus is on organizing anti-political violence efforts in Harrisburg. The consultant will advise on stakeholder consultation and facilitation plans, organize a Harrisburg convening, review existing relationships, and complete reports. Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience, knowledge of Pennsylvania community leaders, understanding of political violence and conflict resolution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Desirable qualifications include pre-existing relationships with Pennsylvania state leaders working on community building or political violence mitigation. Consultants should include a proposal for review.
