Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect role is responsible for all the technical aspects of project implementation. The Solutions Architect team is comprised of staff with a variety of skill levels in a variety of knowledge domains related to all the solutions in the Command Center suite. The Solutions Architect team delivers technical solutions by collaborating with Project Managers, Application Specialists, other Solutions Architects, customers, software developers, and any other resources needed to ensure the success of the project. Responsibilities involve the integration of programmatic, technical, systems engineering, business, and personnel elements of a project, including understanding the technical requirements, concepts of operation, and architecture of the overall solution. It requires working closely with the Pre- and Post-Sales teams to align the requirements with customer solution needs.Leading and defending the project's technical and programmatic decisions. It requires identifying customer expectation mismatches and working with the Project Manager to mitigate them.
