The Channel Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for working closely with assigned partners to build strong partner relationships and engagement, pipeline, enable partner sales, support closing deals, and drive overall partner revenue growth. You will collaborate across internal sales, marketing, product, and services teams to maximize partner performance, deliver joint business plans, and hit performance based OKRs through the partner channel.

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day campaign execution. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.

As an Associate Account Manager, your primary focus will be retaining, expanding and managing our SMB and self-service customer base. You will proactively engage customers prior to renewals, when they need additional support or when buying signals indicate an upsell opportunity. You will work closely with our Finance, Rev. Ops and Go-To-Market teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.

As a Senior Customer Success Business Partner, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment, adoption, expansion and value realisation of Anaplan’s solutions. You’ll act as the strategic trusted advisor and primary Anaplan contact throughout the customer lifecycle, helping customers navigate implementation, adoption and expansion phases and maximize the value of their investment.
