The Account Manager (AM) will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 accounts in our enterprise segment. Working closely with your Customer Success Managers (CSMs), you will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and influence across a portfolio of our largest global customers. Your ability to understand complex business environments and deliver tailored solutions will define our success.

The Renewal Manager will track and progress renewals, working cross-functionally within Jitterbit and with customers, managing legal agreements and planning, executing, and submitting renewals to finance. They will engage with internal parties and customers to plan the next term, negotiate terms, and coordinate the subscription period. This role requires organization, negotiation, and coordination.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about driving new business, building relationships, and introducing innovative security solutions to enterprise organizations. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales with new customers, primarily within large enterprise accounts. Your goal will be to generate and expand new business by effectively positioning our portfolio of security services to meet the unique security challenges and business needs of potential customers.
