The Account Manager position is responsible for creating and executing regional or account specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. You will play a critical role in building our team and building sales for these key customers. If you love selling and building relationships, this could be the role for you!

Drive SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue growth through subscription and follow-on services sales, meeting assigned ARR and services targets within a Country or Vertical Software Sales organization. Own business development in Named Accounts and/or New Logos per the Integrated Country Plan, using a strategic, value-based sales approach. Manage complex sales processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact, consultant, and advocate for several of Pacvue's largest global enterprise clients. Work closely with key stakeholders from major brands to manage and grow high-value partnerships, ensuring they achieve success through the platform while driving revenue growth for Pacvue. Leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and strategic insights to optimize client outcomes, influence decision-making, and elevate the value of the partnerships for long-term growth.

The Regional Account Director (RAD) will be the point of contact in the field for the US Market Access Regional Payer team, supporting the SOBI portfolio by engaging payers and influencers to enhance payer policy and ensuring appropriate product formulary placement. The RAD will engage with stakeholders, influencers and customer types including Payers, Advocacy groups, and Hospital Academia. The RAD will advance policies and protocols to assist patients with access to products.

Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on all international aspects of service delivery for our Workforce Mental Health customers. Serve as the subject matter expert on international service delivery, advising CSMs and customers on global nuances and resolving inquiries. Lead discussions on international agenda items during customer meetings, including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
