The Datadog Major Accounts Team focuses on driving new business and expanding the current Datadog footprint with strategic clients. As Director, you'll provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for a team of Major Account Managers responsible for driving new business through the full sales cycle. You will manage, train, and ramp a team to achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota and coach them through building executive relationships and complex Enterprise deals.

Help increase revenue across our fast-growing customer base in this Customer Account Director role. Grow revenue through leadership and participation in customer renewals, up-sells, and expansions. Work closely with our amazing customers, while partnering with our Customer Success Managers and the sales team to accomplish these goals. Success will be measured in our ability to retain and grow annual recurring revenue.

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for establishing and developing business through existing and new clients in assigned regions and/or territories, with a focus on State and Local Gov't agencies. The role involves maintaining the existing client base, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales budgets. You will also manage sales personnel, provide sales forecasts, and stay updated on industry intelligence.

As a Customer Success Manager for our Merchant Services team at Versapay, you will manage long-term relationships across a book of business by becoming our customers' trusted Versapay advisor. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, develop a deep understanding of their business, and explore ways that Versapay products can support their objectives. You’ll also leverage the growing expertise of the entire ERP system to anticipate and resolve problems that allow a customer to grow with us.
