Responsible for protocol development including study design, sample size calculation, randomization, and statistical analysis plan for assigned studies. Provide statistical oversight to studies and assure adequate quality and consistency with project requirements. Responsible for assuring that data for statistical analyses are complete, accurate and consistent.

Provide scientific support to current and prospective customers, which includes demonstration of optimal use of our life science software suites, facilitation of interactions between customers and product development teams, and general scientific guidance. Engage in cutting-edge methodological scientific research and advise our customers on best practices for computational modelling. Publish scientific papers and present at conferences.

Develop mathematical, computational, and machine learning approaches for modeling large-scale immune receptor sequence and/or structural data. Develop novel simulation frameworks for immune repertoire analysis. Perform deep and detailed analyses for data-intensive experiments. Prepare large-scale datasets for internal and external usage. Expand own knowledge base with new methods and concepts to tackle evolving research questions and demands for collaboration.

This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional Field Applications Scientist (FAS) with foundational bioinformatics expertise. You will play a key role in pre-sales engagement, market development, customer onboarding, data interpretation, and platform troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding the reach of Mission Bio’s platform, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive adoption and ensure customer success.
