This role ensures schedules align with staffing requirements and are accurately maintained within workforce systems. Key responsibilities include generating schedules, updating capacity planning tools, maintaining agent profile data, and producing routine scheduling reports.

The Senior Analyst of Operations will work with the Senior Manager of Services Operations enhancing the trust and safety of marketplace. This role involves data-driven investigation and operational rigor to identify emerging risks, devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects, and drive results in critical areas, owning strategic initiatives to minimize lost revenue and uphold platform integrity.
