As the Code Development Architect, you will collaborate with engineers, architects, and city planners to improve the processing of code and zoning determination requests, ensuring safe construction. You'll participate in revising the NYC Construction Codes and the Existing Building Code, research proposed changes to codes and Department rules, and draft revisions to the NYC Construction Codes. You will also represent the Department as a subject matter expert.

As Senior Architect & Project Manager, you will manage complex projects such as research, institutional, healthcare or educational facilities and contribute to business development through proposal writing. You will assist with review and respond to RFPs and prepare project proposals.
