Review planning and design documents for municipal and industrial wastewater facilities, drinking water projects, public pool construction projects, private onsite treatment systems, and livestock waste control facilities. Work is performed under limited supervision and reviewed for accuracy and conformance to engineering principles, agency policies and regulations.

Lead project teams focused on large-scale civil site development from conceptual planning through construction. Oversee technical engineering activities, prepare feasibility studies and design reports, and interpret design and construction specifications. Engage with diverse technical areas and participate in client meetings. Mentor team members and lead subcontractors.
