We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the enterprise data engineering team, playing a key role in building and optimizing data pipelines, designing scalable data solutions, and enabling advanced analytics across the organization. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a background in Data who will help us deliver our production-ready product and co-design/implement an architecture that can scale with the product and the company. Focus will be on software engineering tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of processes that generate core data inside our Data Platform. This role involves working closely with other Software Engineers, a Tech Lead, and a Product Manager.

This engineering role is within the Strategy & Operations team, building AI-first solutions to ensure every facet of Alignable is AI-powered and data-driven. You will own projects that change how the entire company runs, like customer support automation, sales agents automation, data pipelines, and internal AI tools. You'll work closely with executives and business leaders, impacting the whole company with your work on critical projects.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape and driving the strategic use of data across the organization, with a focus on go-to-market solutions. Be instrumental in building SSOT models in DBT & Snowflake, maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines, and enhancing our data infrastructure to support analytics and data-driven decision-making. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
