This role partners with internal stakeholders across including Customer Experience & GTM, as well as our business partners to identify, address, and support business needs using a data-driven approach. You will deliver reporting solutions as well as ad-hoc analyses that provide recommendations for operational improvements across customer success and meet customer needs.

As a Data Analyst for the Connected Devices team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the data generated by our IoT, telematics, and embedded devices. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to uncover valuable insights, identify trends, and proactively address any anomalies or issues with the data.
