The Data Analyst will work with teams (product, growth marketing, engineering, data science, CX and business owners, etc.) to measure, understand, and monitor key business metrics across our mobile apps and websites. The ideal candidate will be working with datasets across a variety of systems (SQL, Firebase,...). Deliver ad-hoc analysis with actionable insights, translate stakeholders’ priorities into dashboards and maintain data pipeline automation.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Dev teams to create actionable insights. Monitor product and feature release performance, define success metrics, and provide optimization recommendations. Analyze market data, identify customer behavior and trends, and help design A/B tests. Build data models in dbt and create user-friendly dashboards to support decision-making.

In this position, you will drive the development of statistical models and machine learning algorithms to improve patient enrollment and trial management. You’ll work in a highly regulated healthcare data environment, ensuring compliance with privacy standards while innovating on predictive analytics. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into practical, impactful tools for the clinical research community.

You’ll work on Finance data, building data products for various Finance and analytics teams, and that’s where your Finance background and expertise, alongside with Analytics Engineering skills will help us succeed!

This role offers the opportunity to directly impact millions of customers' access to credit by building underwriting frameworks. You will be a member of a small team with the big responsibility of continuously improving M-KOPA’s loan offers and eligibility criteria in order to drive growth while managing credit losses and margins. You'll work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, other analysts, growth managers, and commercial stakeholders across multiple countries.

Design, build, and manage data warehouse to serve as the single source of truth for the organization. Develop and deploy low-latency, real-time data streaming pipelines. Enable self-service analytics by building clean, well-documented, and trusted datasets. Establish and follow data governance and security best practices. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.

Lead the design and evolution of our data platform from architecture to production with a focus on reliability, cost, and scale. Drive decisions on data stack and platform standards across teams. Build and optimize high-performance data services and pipelines (batch and streaming) for large-scale workloads. Own production operations for file- and event-based systems. Reduce technical debt and simplify systems with clean interfaces and clear patterns.
