As a Lead Brand Designer, you will lead the creation of high-quality brand marketing assets that span across digital, sales enablement materials, event booth designs, and social content, ensuring the brand stands out visually. You will own the end-to-end design process and play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life across multiple touchpoints, owning and influencing the creative direction for the Rithum brand.

The Junior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret design briefs and will equip the Go-To-Market team with inspiring sales collateral. They will also partner with the Social Media team to develop scroll stoppingly engaging content across multiple platforms while acting as a Multiverse brand guardian.

In this Senior Marketing Visual Designer role, you’ll be building a recognizable brand within the relatively new category of observability. You will be working across disciplines to understand the market, identify audience needs, and design digital and event-based experiences that bring to life our brand and drive business outcomes. This role involves leading design efforts, supporting brand rollout, designing webpages, and collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies.
