Works directly with stakeholders in Distribution, IT, and other SanMar business areas to implement new projects and execute continuous improvements in SanMar's distribution facing systems and processes. Acts as a subject matter expert for SanMar distribution systems, including HighJump WMS, Proship Parcel Management; voice, RF and scanning hardware, print and bagging hardware and media, automations (goods-to-person), and 3rd party solutions.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring packaging orders, taking into account capacities, material availability and delivery dates; coordinate all interfaces between production, logistics, purchasing, quality control and quality assurance; ensure that all packaging materials are available on time. You will also actively optimize packaging processes and material flows to increase efficiency and adherence to schedules.
