This role is responsible for conducting all onsite training for new Drybar shops and supports franchisees and their teams during the critical time of 120 days prior to opening through the completion of the onsite training and a minimum of 90 days post-opening. This position will work independently during the on-site training but will collaborate with both Development and the Operations departments to ensure the onsite training process runs smoothly prior to arriving on site.
