The Associate Medical Director, Breast Oncology is a critical leadership role responsible for advancing clinical development, shaping medical strategy, and engaging external stakeholders in support of Natera’s molecular diagnostics in breast cancer. This individual will drive the adoption of cutting-edge diagnostics into routine clinical practice. Partner with the Medical Director, Oncology to develop and execute clinical strategies supporting Natera’s molecular diagnostic tools for breast cancer.

The Medical Director, Clinical Science will contribute to the design and development of clinical and translational research programs in partnership with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors and in close collaboration with the N-Power Clinical Operations Program. The position will collaborate with multiple groups within N-Power to critically evaluate the feasibility of new projects under discussion. The Medical Director is highly experienced and capable of working in a matrixed organization.

To lead Product Safety Teams (PST) and support one or more products as the PST Lead, ensuring that the safety profile of one or more products is adequately monitored and characterized throughout the product lifecycle. Interpreting regulations related to pharmacovigilance supporting all patient safety activities. Responsibilities include safety surveillance for pharmaceutical / biological / drug –device combination products.
