In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our customers' SAP system landscapes in the cloud environments of the leading hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). You can expect exciting migration and transition projects where you can use and expand your SAP know-how. You will also contribute new ideas for our managed service products and implement them.

• Own and sequence the Cloud Infra & Services roadmap.
• Define SLOs with SRE/Infra and enforce error budgets for shipping.
• Partner with Finance/RevOps on entitlements, reporting, and auditability.

Responsible for the overall product life cycle, from gathering requirements to working with the development team. • Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution, from technical feasibility assessment to customer adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure lease management solutions are technically superior and aligned with evolving standards.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, oversee the technical portfolio, create roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of products and platforms. Present to executives, hold engineering teams accountable, and help establish TPM practices. Manage dependencies across multiple teams and mitigating risk.

• Lead and manage the lifecycle of all major incidents within Cohere’s environment.
• Deliver clear and timely updates across engineering, leadership, and non–technical teams for major incidents.
• Proactively resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and prioritize impacts to quality and timelines.

Lead the development and delivery of a cloud-native database platform that serves enterprise customers globally. Define and drive the product roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders, and engage directly with customers to inform strategic decisions. Enhance cloud capabilities such as multi-region replication, distributed query execution, and fault tolerance, while ensuring the platform remains performant and reliable.

Shape the future of AI and cloud technologies by developing platform services for customers in healthcare, finance, and the public sector. Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of AI platform services, including training, fine-tuning, and inference. Define the service catalog, SLAs/SLOs, packaging, and pricing models in partnership with Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
