Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-impact software products. Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and data to inform product decisions. Be curious about the competitive landscape, assess competing products, and help define strategic product response.

Own the global payments roadmap and strategy, including authorization, routing, retries, tokenization, chargebacks/disputes, and refunds/partial captures. Design, scale, and continuously optimize a multi-PSP platform, implementing smart routing, failover, experimentation frameworks, and performance monitoring. Expand payment methods domestically and internationally, including wallets, local payment options, EBT SNAP, HSA/FSA, and emerging methods.

This role is central to shaping the future of our data platforms that enrich and deliver digitized transactional data across global markets. You will lead product initiatives from ideation to delivery, working cross-functionally to ensure our solutions meet client needs, scale efficiently, and align with our broader product vision.

WMG organization is launching a strategic, greenfield implementation of a Global Digital Order Management System (OMS). You will be the primary business and strategic leader responsible for owning the long-term roadmap and translating high-level business goals into a scalable, efficient, and value-driven solution. You will drive platform investment decisions and ensure the final solution delivers a unified platform for operational excellence.
