As a Technical Support Specialist for Remote Automotive Diagnostics, you will provide expert assistance to automotive workshops in Europe, using your expertise in ADAS calibration and vehicle diagnostics to solve complex cases efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience, providing remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving advanced vehicle system issues, and conducting training sessions.

The Customer Trainer delivers classroom-based and hands-on training to customers of the Konecranes Training Institute (KTI) who operate, inspect, and maintain overhead and mobile cranes. Instruction is conducted either onsite at customer locations or at Konecranes training facilities. KTI is seeking a customer trainer with electrical and mechanical crane maintenance expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively teach and demonstrate crane operation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Support Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI). Support pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard and Bosch QMS GAP analysis + merger, and others as needed for successful alignment. Coordinate communication between HF sites. Review and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework as agreed through GAP analysis. Communicate project status to key stake holders across senior leadership & IMO. Assign and review work of various team members.

As the Senior Certification Auditor, you will perform third-party audits per SGS Certification procedures and the requirements for the applicable standards. They are responsible to make relevant decisions concerning the audit process and to inform SGS SSC as required to resolve issues outside the audit process. The Senior Certification Auditor is responsible to collect and analyze sufficient information to provide a recommendation for certification.
