The National Manager – GTM is responsible for managing the orchestration and delivery of GTM sprint programs across all regions, acting as the operational heartbeat of the GTM function. This role ensures nationwide coordination, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders, playing a critical role in ensuring that national strategies are executed consistently while allowing for regional flexibility and broker-centric delivery.

Responsible for the ownership and ongoing optimization of Procore’s GTM systems, including Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, internal CS tools, etc. You will be a key member in the GTM Technology & Process team, partnering with sales, marketing, CS, IT and other stakeholders to drive improvement, optimization of process, and net new capabilities.
