The FRB Program is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Tools team to support multiple tools within our account. The position requires the ability to manage and troubleshoot as well as plan and implement releases/patches/upgrades. The tool expert updates documentation, manages change/incident tickets, and follows ITSM processes for tasks to complete installs and validations.
