This virtual unpaid internship role can be used for class credit or as a first-tier experience. The Ambony is seeking a long-term Editor to act as ranking site manager, assist in selecting contributors, disseminate assignments, develop AP Style articles, review content, cross-check citations, and conform to deadlines.

The Pop Culture Journalist intern will cover all social and cultural-related content that aligns with and topically relates to The Ambony’s vision with respect to our targeted demographic.

The Film Feature Journalist intern will cover film-related content for the site as it identifies with and relates to  A Hot Set’s target demographic. Write semi-regular business of entertainment features as it relates to people of color. Write occasional reviews of POC-led, produced, and/or directed films. This is a virtual and unpaid internship, yet you will gain valuable writing experience.
