The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing Insight Assurance’s organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, develops engaging content, coordinates with internal SMEs and external partners, and supports broader marketing and growth initiatives. The role plays a key part in elevating brand visibility and strengthening audience engagement.

Fast-paced, hands-on role at the intersection of storytelling, reputation, and community, it will help the team move with clarity, coordination, and confidence, ensuring Paddle’s story is told accurately and with impact. You will manage Paddle’s social media activity, translate campaigns into engaging posts, monitor sentiment, and support the Head of Comms with press office operations.

Support a fast-growing client by managing their social media interactions, brand voice, and public-facing communication. You’ll manage conversations, comments, and messages across social media channels while representing the brand with precision and personality. Responsible for tone alignment, accurate interpretation of customer intent, and maintaining a consistent voice across all touchpoints.

Execute the voice of Complex Sports (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok) on all of our social platforms, exhibiting excellent judgment and audience-sensitive framing. Create, curate, and be responsible for all content published to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for Complex Sports. Lead community management, moderation, and DM management using a deep understanding of the Complex tone and voice.

This internship provides you with the opportunity to gain insights into the daily work of a social media manager. You will play an important part in maintaining the high quality of our social media posts, interacting with fans and followers and assisting with new campaigns and projects.
