In this remote role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program. You will make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotel and use Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close sales.

As a Global L&L Sourcing Leader, you will support sourcing activities for Global L&L, focusing on L&L specific hospitality-related categories such as F&B, OS&E, FF&E, and Guest Technology. Working under the guidance of Global Category Management (GCM) and the L&L Procurement team, you will contribute to sourcing initiatives that drive cost efficiency, quality, and innovation.

The HQ Procurement Project Manager is at the heart of transforming and accelerating the Group’s indirect procurement digital journey, covering both Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P). Working hand-in-hand with Procurement, IT, and key business partners, you will lead impactful initiatives to automate, optimize, and harmonize cutting-edge tools and processes — with a strong focus on enhancing user experience, operational agility, and compliance.
