As a Product Designer, you'll independently own the UX for significant features, collaborating cross-functionally to discover problems and deliver user-centered design solutions that drive measurable impact. You'll play a crucial role in defining and optimizing the user experience within our products. You'll craft intuitive user flows, design functional interfaces, and ensure consistent interactions across all product touchpoints, demonstrating a proven ability to shape impactful user experiences that are effectively deployed across product features and end-to-end journeys.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will define, champion, and elevate the overarching UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas or an entire product line. You will lead and inspire a team of designers, providing strategic direction and hands-on mentorship. You'll collaborate cross-functionally at the highest levels to proactively identify strategic opportunities, solve highly ambiguous and complex systemic problems, and deliver groundbreaking user-centered design solutions.
Educate customers on the MyCase & LawPay platforms by developing curriculum & content to turn them into confident users and reduce their time to value and provide best practices, resources, and expert advice on how to successfully use the platforms & effectively run their practice.
The Manager, Customer Onboarding Services serves as a leader to the Onboarding & Data Migration teams ensuring successful and timely onboarding for new customers transitioning to MyCase and works with Sales & Customer Success leadership to handle customer escalations and mitigate churn, establishinig team goals & KPIs, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service.
