The School of Wildlife Conservation team is small, collaborative, and dedicated to conservation education and professional development across the continent.

Open Positions

  • Provide administrative and operational support for professional development courses, including coordination of online and in-person delivery and student tracking.
  • Assist in marketing, student recruitment, payment processing, and certification, ensuring smooth course administration and post-course follow-up.
  • Support alumni engagement, data tracking, and reporting while collaborating across the SOWC team on various projects and events.

  • Own the relationships, rhythms, and communications that keep the operational excellence agenda moving through scheduling, follow-up, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare pre-session materials for business reviews and grants portfolio reviews, run post-session follow-up cycles, and ensure no action item is forgotten.
  • Maintain the OPEX team's operating calendar, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate across senior stakeholder calendars with precision and consistency.
