The Associate Hearing Representative will be primarily responsible for the analysis, management and resolution of lien cases. Attend lien hearings and negotiate resolution of provider liens in an assigned caseload of workers’ compensation claims. This position will work closely with the Claims Management and medical bill review teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective resolution of liens.

This Underwriter Assistant specifically works with national payroll agencies and digital partners and is within a quickly growing division of the AmTrust with opportunities for advancement. Emphasis is on providing excellent customer service which consists of friendly and prompt responses to agent emails, calls, and quick problem resolution. Underwriting assistants work directly with the agent providing documents, binding policies and processing endorsements.

In a support role to the team, the Multi-Line Underwriting Assistant responsibilities include pre-bind risk analysis, reconciliation of binds, renewal support including pre-underwriting review, quoting, system updates, data collection, broker of record handling, endorsement review, cancellation and reinstatement handling, recommendation review, and special projects. Maintains ownership of tasks assigned and provide acceptable service standards.

We are seeking an experienced leader in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, or surrounding states to lead a team of Surety underwriters. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a team of underwriters focused on contract surety business. You will be responsible for managing underwriting operations, mentoring staff, driving regional growth, and ensuring profitable performance in alignment with corporate goals.

The Resolution Adjuster reviews insurance claims through research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants, and counsel. The Adjuster is assigned to mid-sized and / or mid-complexity claims in the line of business. This position is a remote opportunity for those 50 miles or more from an AmTrust office.

A Commercial Property General Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving large and complex property claims involving commercial buildings, equipment, and inventory. The adjuster must have extensive knowledge of property insurance policies and the ability to negotiate effectively. The ideal candidate will be in Texas and open to travel.

Manage an assigned underwriting territory (Eastern/Central Pennsylvania) to achieve profitable growth, including underwriting new business, renewals (as necessary), endorsements and other transactions. Identify new business opportunities and manage agency relationships. Candidate must reside in Pennsylvania.

Write and retain a profitable book of business through solid risk analysis, pricing, and servicing. Maintains compliance with state filings and adheres to corporate underwriting and pricing guidelines. Operate within written authority grant and makes referrals to Management as required. Collaborate closely with territory team. Keep peers and Complex Account Unit Management informed of all issues and activity and competitive information.

The Complex Claim Specialist will support the Financial Institutions claim team evaluating coverage, assessing risk transfer opportunities, analyzing liability and damages, managing litigation, negotiating and ensuring all files are appropriately reserved. This position reports to a line of business executive.

Lead technical training strategies and efforts in the Claim Department. The successful candidate will lead 3 Technical Claim Specialists and have overall responsibility for defining and meeting the organization’s technical training needs and supporting the onboarding of new adjusters.
