We are looking for an experienced data analyst with a passion for solving problems with data and delivering data that is easily consumable for business users. The ideal candidate is committed to continuous learning and will excel at navigating stakeholder relationships. On the Data as a Product team, you will further our vision of providing curated data sets and standardized reporting through self-service tools.

You will play a crucial role in developing the team’s visualization capability, design end to end reporting solution sufficing business needs, build data models sourcing data from various data sources, implement writeback capabilities in the reporting tool leveraging various automation tools, leverage technology to automate manual tasks and reporting needs.

As the Analytics Specialist, you will be a core part of Welo Data’s analytics team, responsible for using data to deliver high-quality, value-added insights that inform business decisions across the organization. You will work to produce high-impact data analyses and actionable reporting, and engage closely with stakeholders. The role requires a strong foundation in SQL, PowerBI, and familiarity with ETL processes.
