Responsible for the availability, performance, integrity, and security of the databases. Core responsibilities include installation, administration, operations, support, and maintenance, monitoring & upgrading of database servers to ensure availability, security, with optimal performance. Troubleshoot complex database issues in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with SLAs / OLAs.

As Senior Database Administrator & Data Architect, you’ll be the technical owner for Spreetail’s database infrastructure, leading operations, performance optimization, modernization strategy, and cross-functional enablement of high-value data use cases. You will manage and optimize SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB databases across AWS and collaborate across teams to align database design with analytics goals.

The Data Operations Specialist will help shape the future of employer services, with a focus on HR compliance and outsourcing. You will develop and implement data-driven solutions that enable strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You will help maintain the health of our data infrastructure, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across our data platforms.
