We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. You will help us create a strong data-driven foundation to support Scarpel’s rapid growth, someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, has an eye for detail, and can tell compelling stories with data.

Manages and maintains databases supporting Social Security Administration learning management systems and training platforms. Ensures data integrity, security, and optimal performance of training-related databases while implementing backup and recovery procedures. Supports data analytics and reporting requirements for training program evaluation and compliance.

Implement data integration and exchange using FHIR, HL7, CSV files etc. for parsing and incorporation into databases. Troubleshoot, monitor performance and manage security on Oracle Active Data Guard or other mirroring technology. Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources, which requires data mapping from one data source to another minimizing any data loss.

As a Database Engineer, you will be involved in everything related to Oracle, PostgreSQL (and NoSQL) databases including design, maintenance, migrations, administration, and configuration. Seeking a MicroStrategy Administrator for a remote contract position. Responsibilities include user, project, and security administration, performance tuning, clustering, and load balancing of BI servers. Also includes migration, upgrades, and patch management in Linux/Windows server environments.

As a Database Engineer, you will manage and maintain our organization’s database environments, ensuring data is structured, secure, and available. You will design, deploy, and optimize database solutions especially in cloud environments and contribute to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ongoing database optimization in both on-premises and cloud settings.

This position is within the Tolling Services team, specializing in electronic road-charging solutions, developing and operating intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems. As Database admin you will handle incidents, plan / coordinate / implement changes, and update / create / transfer documentation, take over hotline duties and implement vendor patches / security patches.

Analyze and translate business requirements into efficient database designs. Create database models using tools like ERD diagrams. Utilize common database design patterns and data integration techniques. Implement indexing techniques and data security best practices. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure the database design meets the project requirements.

Define and execute the cloud database strategy. Develop database automation and design complex replication networks interfacing with data pipelines to move data between disparate applications to support our Data Engineering and Data Science teams. The candidate must be based in Mexico and comfortable working remotely.
