As an Oracle Database Consultant, you will be part of a team that provides complete support for all aspects of managed database and application infrastructure operations to Pythian’s customers. You will be installing, configuring, and upgrading Oracle databases, designing and implementing Oracle backup/recovery strategies, and developing methods for monitoring.

This role is responsible for managing critical enterprise applications and databases, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability across platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, E-Business Suite, WMS, EPM, and OTM. Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including Fusion ERP, WMS, EPM, and OTM.

As a Database Administrator in our North American Driver and Vehicle Solutions (DVIS) group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the database systems that underpin our suite of driver information system solutions for our US customers. Responsibilities include database design, installation, query optimization, data security, performance monitoring, and collaboration with development teams.

This position is within the Tolling Services team, specializing in electronic road-charging solutions, developing intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers. As a Database Engineer, you will be involved in everything related to Oracle, PostgreSQL (and NoSQL) databases, supporting developers and DevOps Engineers, digging deep into complex problems, and trying out new technologies to improve our know-how.

Seeking a Senior Oracle DBA Consultant to support large database environments, implement high availability and disaster recovery, and monitor/optimize cloud database performance. This is a remote contractor position for 6-12 months, requiring extensive experience with Oracle Multitenant, Golden Gate, and RAC, as well as public cloud experience with OCI and AWS.
