We are seeking an PACS Technical Implementation Specialist with HL7 and/or DICOM experience who is responsible for providing technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require a range of technical services including system integration, configuration, workflow analysis and design, testing and troubleshooting system setups and facilitation and support of system go-lives.

You will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Internal Developer Platform, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, all while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based systems. By working closely with development, QA, and IT teams, you will drive improvements in our workflows, streamline the overall development lifecycle, and help us deliver high-quality, scalable solutions faster and more efficiently.

The Level II System Support Specialist plays a key role in the delivery and support of radiology IT systems across healthcare environments. This position requires advanced knowledge of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM and HL7.

The Applications & Workflow Consultant I is responsible for successfully conducting Applications and Workflow analysis, training and optimization for Radiology IT solutions. The role requires current and future state Workflow Analysis, designing of future Workflow, determining applications optimization and configuration needs based on best practice methodologies, and development and delivery of training plans.

Responsible for successfully leading large-scale, complex, and strategic programs delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require strategic oversight of Professional Services resources, enterprise-level program governance, executive stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership. This position will oversee multiple interconnected projects, establish program management frameworks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with strategic and enterprise clients.

Intelerad is seeking a Project Specialist I who is responsible for successfully leading small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require coordination of Professional Services resources, schedule management of project deliverables, customer issue resolution, creation of project plans, status reports and project documentation, as well as cross-functional collaboration. This role will deliver under tight timelines while managing multiple small projects and supporting senior team members for Intelerad’s Professional Services team.
