About the Role:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Universal Gateway, the single ingress/egress layer for DICOM and HL7 traffic into Intelerad's cloud platform.
- Act as the primary connection between Product Manager's vision and engineering execution, making technical trade-off decisions daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for DICOM DIMSE, DICOMweb, HL7 v2, and whole slide imaging ingestion.
- Partner with platform engineering, SRE, and Hosting teams to ensure reliability for clinical workflows.
- Define non-functional requirements such as failover SLA, RTO/RPO, multi-AZ high availability, and throughput.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or integration engineer, with 2+ years on platform/infrastructure products.
- Hands-on DICOM and HL7 v2 knowledge, plus agile/scrum experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure: AWS, containers, infrastructure-as-code, networking, and observability.
