Take ownership of Jobgether’s full product lifecycle and help scale the AI-driven coaching and matching experience. Shape the product roadmap and work closely with engineering, data, and design. Ensure the product is built to be trustworthy and encourages users to return.

• Lead complex client-facing and internal projects, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsible for overall planning, implementation, controlling and risk management of strategic software development and integration projects in German public transport systems. End-to-end responsibility for the solution in close collaboration with the relevant departments of delivery and the customer suppliers. Management of (agile) projects in the field of public transport in a national and international context in the area of software/solution development and rollout.
