Responsible for overall planning, implementation, controlling and risk management of strategic software development and integration projects in German public transport systems. End-to-end responsibility for the solution in close collaboration with the relevant departments of delivery and the customer suppliers. Management of (agile) projects in the field of public transport in a national and international context in the area of software/solution development and rollout.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple squads.

• Deliver Babble solutions to our customer base, including UCAAS/Unified Comms, Contact Centre, IT/Modern Workplace etc.
• Manage projects on time, within scope and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

• Lead complex ServiceNow projects from planning to go-live, ensuring measurable added value for clients.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget and quality, acting as the main point of contact for clients and facilitating meetings.
• Ensure agile methodologies are in place while coaching team members and product owners.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for servicing, loan repayment, and personal loan funding/disbursement across Splash’s platforms.
• Design and ship customer journeys for statements, autopay enrollment, payment scheduling, hardship programs, and payoff flows that are clear, compliant, and delightfully simple.
• Lead the build-out and optimization of funding and disbursement experiences, ensuring borrowers receive their funds quickly and reliably while meeting partner and regulatory requirements.
