As a Junior Product Manager, you'll shape the future of our CRM platform, working with your manager, project managers, and developers to transform customer needs into innovative solutions. You will analyze customer and user needs, gather feedback, and write documentation. The role involves designing product features, assessing feasibility with engineers, and tracking down bugs using logs and data.

Coordinate multiple technical teams and be the primary customer facing spokesperson in a highly dynamic environment. Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team of multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

This role supports the development and delivery of internal technology products that drive operational excellence across the agency, including AI-powered tools and analytics platforms. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, supporting everything from early discovery and vendor coordination to QA and rollout communications. You’ll shape product operations while receiving mentorship.

The Product Manager owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most for our customers. The Product Manager's job is to clearly identify enhancements, articulate the business value, and inspire the product teams to create intuitive solutions. They identify, research, collaborate, document, support, and execute projects from the product roadmap.
